Event Description
It was reported that the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) may have delivered inappropriate therapy for an episode detected at ventricular tachycardia (vt).The crt-d remains in use. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

It was reported that the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) may have delivered inappropriate therapy.It was noted that the electrograms (egm) showed the atrial rate was greater than the ventricular rate.The crt-d remains in use. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

It was reported that the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) may have delivered inappropriate therapy for an atrial fibrillation (af) with rapid ventricular response episode detected as ventricular tachycardia (vt).The crt-d remains in use. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
