Medtronic received information that during implant of this transcatheter bioprosthetic valve , it was reported that the "valve holder" was kinked, which affected the implant.A second transcatheter valve was implanted valve-in-valve as a result.Further details were not provided.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.

Additional information was received that the leakage in the valve was moderate to severe paravalvular leak (pvl).
