Event Description
It was reported that the patient with this subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillator (s-icd) has required removal of the device three times during the past year.An allergy to defibrillator components was being suspected by the cardiologist.A patch testing to the defibrillator components was requested, nonetheless, an allergy test kits with these materials is not available.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
