Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced diaphragmatic or phrenic nerve stimulation from the left ventricular (lv) lead.The lead was reprogrammed and remains in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
It was further reported that the patient and family member stated they witnessed the skin twitching on the patient¿s left chest and the patient could feel it.Upon running thresholds and re-programming lv lead to maximum output no stimulus was observed, and the patient did not feel any stimulus.However, since the patient described what could have been phrenic stimulation, the lv vector setting was changed from the original setting.
