Event Description
It was reported that the left ventricular (lv) lead exhibited high, increasing thresholds and impedances.It was suggested that one of the lv lead electrodes may have calcification.The lv lead remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

It was further reported that the lv lead was reprogrammed.
