|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer was facing an issue with an unresponsive act key and a crack on the reservoir compartment of the pump.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.Troubleshooting was not performed.The customer will discontinue using the pump.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
