Event or Problem Description
Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).It was reported that the patient was shocked a lot.They also noted that their ins battery became hot.The patient told their healthcare provider to "get it out" and the patient reported that they had been put under 3 times.
