Event Description
It was reported that the dependent patient presented in clinic for follow-up experiencing presyncope.The pulse generator exhibited oversensing noise on the ventricular channel.The device was reprogrammed.A week later, the device continued to exhibit oversensing noise.The device was reprogrammed, the device resumed normal function.It was noted that the patient recently had a change to their medication and the symptoms could be related.The patient would continue to be monitored.
