A ge healthcare service representative performed a checkout of the equipment and a review of the logs.The ventilator interface board was replaced.Block a: patient information could not be obtained after multiple attempts.Attempts were made as follows: 9/6/16 phone call, 9/7/16 phone call, 9/8/16 phone call.
 
Event Description
The hospital reported that, during a case, the unit alarmed for a ventilator failure.The clinician reportedly cycled power and continued the case with no further reported complaint.There was no reported patient injury.
