Event Description
|
The customer reported via phone call that she was hospitalized for a high blood glucose of 1,013 mg/dl.The customer experienced nausea, sluggishness, vomiting, and sleeplessness.Her blood glucose began to climb once she programmed her new insulin pump.The customer's settings were reviewed and they were correct.A high pressure test was performed twice and failed.The insulin pump was returned and replaced.
