The customer reports that the display on the prefense is visible and then not visible.There is no communication loss or reports of the system rebooting.The customer believes it is the video card.Nihon kohden does not sell the video card.The customer will contact their sales rep to purchase a video card.Nihon kohden will submit a supplemental report in accordance with 21 cfr section 803.56 if additional information becomes available.Device not returned.
