Information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp) regarding a patient who was receiving 2400mcg/ml fentanyl at an unknown dose, and 20mg/ml morphine at an unknown dose via an implantable infusion pump for spinal pain.It was reported that the patient presented to the intensive care unit (icu) the weekend of (b)(6) 2017.The patient was laying on the floor and wasn't answering the phone.It was reported the patient was really out of it and had a very low blood pressure.It was reported that every time they give the patient narcan the patient gets better.The hcp was requesting a company representative come to interrogate the pump to see if it was malfunctioning.No further complications were anticipated/reported.
