Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare provider (hcp) via a manufacturer representative regarding a patient receiving dilaudid [10 mg/ml] at an unknown rate, and bupivacaine [7.5 mcg/ml] at an unknown rate via intrathecal drug delivery pump.It was reported that the patient experienced withdrawal symptoms due to a motor stall during an mri.There was no recovery noted after reading the logs approximately one week after the stall occurred.Replacement surgery was scheduled for (b)(6) 2017.There were no further complications reported/anticipated.
