Event Description
The customer¿s spouse reported that the customer had diabetic ketoacidosis and her health care professional took her off the insulin pump.The caller declined troubleshooting for the insulin pump and just wanted to return it.The caller was offered to be transferred for the replacement process but they stated they will call back.The device will not be returned for analysis.
