A patient was on the intensive care department having a renasys go device.When they turned the patient they recognized a pool of blood in the bed because the renasys dressing was getting loose due to moisture.The device was active with 100mg hg but the device made no alarm because of the leakage and loosen dressing.Patient got a blood clot and needed to have another surgery.
