Event Description
Boston scientific received information that approximately 30 minutes post implant the patient complained of chest pain.The left ventricular (lv) lead pacing was reprogrammed from unipolar to bipolar which resolved the issue.The physician did not feel this was a result of phrenic nerve stimulation.The device remains in service.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
