Event Description
A report was received that the patient was experiencing pain at the pocket site.Symptoms of swelling and soft tissue edema around the pocket site were noted.It was noted that the patient also had charging issues due to the positional changes of the ipg as it continued to invert and rest on the waistline which caused significant agitation and problems when charging.The patient was prescribed with keflex and underwent a revision procedure wherein the ipg was repositioned.
