Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare provider (hcp) regarding a patient who was receiving 10 mg/ml of dilaudid at 2. 110 mg/day via an implantable pump for non-malignant pain and other chronic/intractable pain. On (b)(6) 2017, it was reported that a reset, safe state, low battery reset, and eri occurred on (b)(6) 2017. The patient's pump reportedly began alarming on (b)(6) 2017 due to eri. No symptoms were reported. No further complications were reported.
