|
A site representative reported that during a procedure, the camera of the navigation system could not verify active frame and scope probe.It was reported that the navigation system and software were functioning normally.The active frame was not recognized indicating "not connected".System was rebooted which resolved the issue however, the issue occurred again after a while.Rebooting the system again resolved the issue and the site proceeded with case.The procedure was completed with the use of navigation.There was no delay to procedure.No impact on patient outcome.
