Event Description
|
It was reported that balloon rupture occurred.The target lesion was located in a mildly tortuous and severely calcified vein.A 5.0-4/4t/40 symmetry¿ 40 balloon catheter was advanced for dilatation.However, during first inflation, the balloon ruptured.The device was completely removed from the patient and the procedure was completed with a non-bsc balloon catheter.No patient complications were reported and the patient's status was good.
