The device is included in the neuromodulation implantable pulse generator (ipg) inaccurate elective replacement indicator advisory notice issued by abbott on (b)(6) 2017. St. Jude medical has limited information related to the patient's medical history and is unable to form an opinion as to the relevancy of the patient's history to the event reported. Sjm defers to the patient's physician regarding medical history.
 
Event Description
It was reported that diagnostics indicated the elective replacement indicator (eri) triggered earlier than intended. The device has the appropriate level of battery voltage to provide therapy.
