A medtronic representative performed a system checkout.
He was unable to recreate the problem.
He opened all the panels, moved the system around, and jiggled all the cables to check for loose connections, but nothing caused the monitors to go black.
It seems to have been a one time issue as the site has been using the system since and it has been working fine.
Unable to replicate reported issue.
No parts replaced.

A nurse reported that during a cranial resection, the navigation system became unresponsive in the navigate screen, and the monitors went black.
Both monitors went out at the same time.
The issue was brief and the monitors came back so the site was able to continue the case.
No harm to the patient.
