Information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp) regarding a patient with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for gastric stimulation.It was reported that the patient had a sudden loss of therapy, pain in their right upper quadrant and mid-epigastric area near where the ins was implanted, vomiting, ¿dka¿, and hyperglycemia.It was noted the symptoms come and go, the patient was in the hospital last week, and was in a different hospital this week.No further complications were reported/anticipated.
