Medtronic received information regarding a navigation device being used for a functional endoscopic sinus surgery (fess) procedure.It was reported that during a procedure, the navigation system was moved from one side of the room to the other while looking at patient images.During this move, the mouse pointer disappeared and they were unable to find it.A hard shut down was performed and when the system was restarted, a "no input detected" was received.The system was shut down, unplugged from the wall to get rid of all the power, and then plugged back in and powered back on.There was no resolution.There was no impact to the patient outcome and less than an hour delay due to the reported issue.No complications were reported/anticipated.
