Event Description
The consumer and healthcare professional reported that the patient was unable to charge his implant to access mri mode.The patient stated that his last charge session was (b)(6) 2017 and it was reviewed the implant was likely in overdischarge.The patient mentioned that he was going to have the device removed because it was a complete fail as he never got any relief.The patient explained he had multiple resets and adjustments with a manufacturer representative and tried high frequency programming but this did not resolve the issue.The indication for use was spinal pain.

Additional information was received from the patient.It was reported that the patient needed to get in contact with the manufacturer representative (rep) to address the ins possibly being in overdischarge; an email was sent to the rep.No further complications were reported/anticipated.
