Event Description
Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for spinal pain.It was reported that the patient couldn't get their recharger to hook up- they reported the recharger wouldn't connect.The patient said they were seeing the poor communication screen.The patient tried moving the antenna all around and couldn't get any other screen.They last successfully charged the device a week and a half ago.The patient's leg started to bother them when they went to increase their stimulation (and then they couldn't connect with their recharger).The caller mentioned they had a cold.No further complications reported.

Event Description
Additional information received from the consumer.It was reported that the patient had more back and leg pain and the recharging steps were reviewed for them.They noted that the issue of the recharger not connecting to the ins hadn't been resolved.No further complications reported.

Event Description
Additional information was received from a consumer via a manufacturer representative (rep).It was reported that the patient contacted the rep after they spoke with patient services about not being able to charge the ins due to loss of telemetry with the programmer and recharger.The rep reported the patient told them they were last able to charge the ins three weeks prior (around (b)(6) 2018).The rep has scheduled an appointment for the morning of (b)(6) 2018 to troubleshoot the ins and the recharger.No further complications were reported or anticipated.
