Event Description

Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for spinal pain.It was reported that the patient couldn't get their recharger to hook up- they reported the recharger wouldn't connect. The patient said they were seeing the poor communication screen. The patient tried moving the antenna all around and couldn't get any other screen. They last successfully charged the device a week and a half ago.The patient's leg started to bother them when they went to increase their stimulation (and then they couldn't connect with their recharger). The caller mentioned they had a cold.No further complications reported.
