Event Description
It was reported that during the implantation of the intraocular lens (model pcb00 +22.5 diopter), the trailing haptic remained stuck in the injector.The optic did not bend as it should have.The lens was unstuck using a micromanipulator.There was contact between the lens and the patient's eye, but no patient injury.The preloaded device was disposed of by the customer.No further information was provided.
