Event Description
The customer called and reported that their sensor was turned off and they had to use manual injections.The customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown at the time of the incident.The customer gave themselves too much insulin while using manual injections, as they had not done it in years.The customer started to shake.Troubleshooting was not completed.The customer was assisted by a rep when she got sick.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
