Manufacturer Narrative
If information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be issued.

Event Description
Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for chronic low back pain and spinal pain via a manufacturer¿s representative (rep). The rep reported that the patient¿s ins was overdischarged. The rep reported that the patient had trouble charging because they had trouble maintaining a good enough connection between the recharger and ins in order to keep efficiently charged. The rep reported that they confirmed the overdischarge on (b)(6) 2018.The patient couldn¿t stay to perform the reset. The rep explained to the patient what would be needed to get the ins charged again. The patient agreed to come back another day when they have enough time to perform the reset. The rep also reported that the healthcare provider (hcp) provided the patient with the option to replace the ins.No further complications were reported.
