Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp) via a manufacturer representative regarding a patient in a clinical study with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for spinal pain.It was reported that the patient turned off the stimulator due to it not working and they had increased pain.The patient was started on norco 5/325 mg twice a day.It was unknown what the outcome was at the time of the event.No further complications were reported/anticipated.

Event Description
Additional information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp) via a manufacturer representative.It was reported that additional actions/interventions taken to resolve the increased pain was re-programming at an unscheduled visit.No additional troubleshooting was reported and the cause of the stimulator not working was not reported.No further complications were reported/anticipated.
