Event Description
|
Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient that was implanted with a neurostimulator (ins) for spinal pain.It was reported the patient got her ins replaced 4 to 5 months ago due to normal battery depletion.Since she got it replaced, she said she had to recharge more often.She noticed right after she had the battery put in.If she recharged the next day, she had to recharge.It was noted patient could go almost 4 days with her old device before.Prior the call, the assistant with manufacturer said it had more strength.He changed a few things, but he didn¿t think there was anything else he could do.The results of the call were patient said as long as it worked she could live with it.No further complication and no symptoms were reported.On (b)(6) 2018 telph: additional information was received from representative.Rep stated he was not aware of the event of having to recharge more often.No further complication and no symptoms were reported.
