|
The patient¿s attorney alleged a deficiency against the device.The product was used for therapeutic treatment of a ventral hernia.It was reported that after implant, the patient experienced bowel obstruction, an incarcerated incisional hernia containing small bowel, chronic pain, infection, and adhesions between the bowel and mesh.Treatment included removal of the mesh.

|
The patient¿s attorney alleged a deficiency against the device.The product was used for therapeutic treatment of incarcerated incisional hernia.It was reported that after implant, the patient experienced bowel obstruction, chronic pain, abdominal pain, episodes of vomiting, infection and mesh removal surgery which found incarcerated incisional hernia containing small bowel and multiple adhesions between the small bowel and the mesh.
