Patient allegedly received an implant on (b)(6) 2016 via the jugular vein due to blood clot in leg.Patient alleges tilt, migration, organ perforation.Patient further alleges bleeding from rectum, spitting up blood and clots, stomach cramping and pain.Ivc filter retrieval on (b)(6) 2018 due to filter moved into duodenum, without further information.

Per endoscopy, dated (b)(6) 2018, "a foreign body (wiring that based on previous ct appears to be ivc filter protruding into the lumen of the duodenum) was found in the second portion of the duodenum.Duodenum was otherwise normal.Successful collapsing the filter away from the all of the vena cava and duodenum." per ir filter retrieval, dated (b)(6) 2018, "initial attempt with a loop snare was unsuccessful at engaging the ivc filter apex due to its embedded tip and angulation.Post retrieval inferior cavogram did not show evidence of thrombus or inferior vena caval injury.".
