Event Description
Boston scientific received information that this patient with cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemaker (crt-p) experienced ventricular fibrillation (vf) in which the first few beats were undersensed due to changing in amplitude.Attempts to obtain additional information were unsuccessful.This device remains in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.
