Event Description
Customer reported via phone call that they had a site infection due to infusion set cannula around (b)(6) 2017 that required medical assistance.Customer stated their whole leg was swollen and had black and blue bruises, pus discharge and redness around the site.Customer went to the emergency room for treatment.Customer also reported elevated blood glucose due to infection.Customer was advised to follow up with the healthcare provide to check the site.No product was returned for analysis.
