Event Description

Claim letter alleges significant pain, injuries, audible squeaking sounds when moving, and fractured acetabular liner. Patient suffered abdominal pain, hematoma, nausea and episodes or urinary retention which were believed to be complications due to the revision surgery. After review of medical records, it was reported that the patient was revised to address acetabular liner fracture.
