Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp) via a manufacture representative (rep) regarding a patient with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).It was reported the leads migrated into the stomach and the leads were explanted on (b)(6) 2018.The rep noted it was unknown if there were any environmental, external, or patient factors that may have led or contributed to the issue.The rep stated it was unknown if there were any diagnostics or troubleshooting performed.The rep stated the actions taken to resolve the migration of the leads was surgical intervention.The hcp found the lead migrated during endoscopy and sent the patient to a general surgeon who replaced the lead/device.The rep noted the issue was resolved at the time of the report.The patient was listed as alive with no injury at the time of the report.There were no further complications that have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
Additional information from the healthcare professional (hcp) reported the patient first started experiencing lead migration into the stomach in august 2018.There were no further complications that have been reported as a result of this event.
