Event Description
It was reported that balloon rupture occurred.A 2.50mm x 8mm nc emerge balloon catheter was advanced for pre-dilation.However, the pressure was unable to increase during first dilatation and it was noted that the balloon ruptured below the nominal pressure.The device was removed from the patient's body.The procedure was completed with a different device.No patient serious injury nor complications were reported.
