Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced inflation of the right jugular vein.Right jugular swelling when the patient leans forward or makes efforts.Superior cava venous syndrome due to stenosis compared to the leads of the device.Distension will be performed.The leads remain in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

It was further reported that the a piece of the lv lead was abandoned in the coronary sinus due to the lead being difficult to extract.

It was further reported that after the dilation was performed the patient symptoms of jugular venous distension and orthopnea reoccurred and were attributed to re-stenosis.The patient is a participant in a clinical study.

Event Description
Additionally, it was reported that abnormal occlusion of the left brachiocephalic venous trunk in contact with the lead was noted.The entire cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) system was removed.It was noted that a piece of the lv lead was abandoned in the coronary sinus.
