It was reported that bd venflon¿ pro safety peripheral safety iv catheter with injection valve cap is falling off.No serious injury or medical intervention was reported.The following information was provided by the initial reporter: we experience now often that the white cap is spontaneously falling off, is not properly tightened by the factory.The problem arises especially if you take the needle out of the packaging and the cap falls off.Just before inserting the needle, you have to tighten it to prevent blood from spilling out.But now everyone is alert to it.
