Event Description
|
The customer reported via phone call that they were hospitalized due to low blood glucose and on (b)(6) 2010 around 2 am with blood glucose of 18 mg/dl.The customer¿s blood glucose level was 200 mg/dl, 111 mg/dl.Customer reported a past hypoglycemic seizure event with a low blood glucose.Customer was first treated with sugar water, orange juice.Customer stated she found an air bubble in her tubing.Customer was unable to complete care link upload.The customer declined troubleshoot for both low blood glucose and air bubble.Customer stated she broke the clear holster of her old insulin pump.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
