Event Description
The patient¿s attorney alleged a deficiency against the device.The product was used for therapeutic treatment of an inguinal hernia.It was reported that after implant, the patient experienced debilitating pain, recurrence, mesh erosion involving spermatic cord and vas deferens as well as adhesions to spermatic cord and vas.Post-operative patient treatment included mesh removal and neurectomy.

The patient¿s attorney alleged a deficiency against the device.The product was used for therapeutic treatment of an inguinal hernia.It was reported that after implant, the patient experienced debilitating pain, recurrence, mesh erosion into viscera, nerve damage, and spermatic cord involvement.Post-operative patient treatment included revision surgery, mesh removal and neurectomy.
