Event Description
During preparation for a coil embolization procedure using pod packing coils (pod pc), the pod pc became kinked near the detachment zone of the coil upon removal from the packaging hoop.The damage to the pod pc was found prior to use and therefore the pod pc was not used in the procedure.The procedure was completed using a new pod pc and ruby coils.
