Healthcare professional reports that a patient was injected with 1 ml juvéderm¿ voluma¿ with lidocaine in the cheeks.
An unknown amount of time later, the patient developed granuloma and cyst at the injection site, "right side.
" a biopsy was performed one year and two months post-injection and noted the diagnoses of "cyst" and "foreign body granulomatous inflammation.

Symptoms have not resolved.
