Event Description
It was reported that the slow balloon deflation occurred.A sterling balloon catheter was used for treatment and was inflated with an encore 26 advantage inflation device.During procedure, it was noted that the balloon deflated slowly.Subsequently, the insulating syringe disarmed when the balloon empty process was repeated.The procedure was completed with another of the same device.No complications reported and patient is stable.
