Date of event: (b)(6) 2018.Date of report: 10aug2019.The product support engineer (pse) troubleshot this issue with the customer over the phone.The customer reported that he replaced the solenoid 2 and 4 assembly.The customer was advised to replace the solenoid 3 and 4, and to replaced the data acquisition (da) printed circuit board (pcb) if the solenoid did resolve the issue.Multiple attempts were made to contact the customer to gather additional details; however, all attempts were unsuccessful and no additional information was provided.This mdr has been reassessed as reportable after a request from the fda on march 1, 2019 to review complaints from 29 nov 2017 to 29 nov 2018.As this has been reassessed, it will appear to be a late mdr.

Event Description
|
The customer reported that the ventilator generated an error (110a) relevant to proximal pressure sensor autozero failed.The device was in clinical use at the time the reported issue was discovered; however, there was no harm to the patient or user.
