Event Description
It was reported that the antibacterial absorbable envelope was implanted twelve days after the indicated use before date (ubd).It was also reported that during the implant procedure.The right atrial (ra) lead had high thresholds, so it was re-positioned.The implant procedure was finished successfully, without any incident.The antibacterial absorbable envelope and the lead remain in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
