Event Description
The customer reported via phone call that they experienced high blood glucose.The customer¿s blood glucose level was 546 mg/dl and 547 mg/dl.The customer was treated with insulin pump and tried changing out the site, tubing and insulin.Customer stated that they had a steroid injection on friday.Customer had syringes at home.The customer also stated that they had symptoms like frequent urination, headache, very tired and hungry.The customer stated that the drive support cap was normal.The customer also stated that they did not allege insulin pump was under delivering.Customer had been using insulin pump system within 48 hours of reported high blood glucose event.Customer was neither in emergency room nor admitted into hospital.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
