Event Description
It was reported the basal iq software did not suspend insulin delivery as intended.Additionally, it was reported the customer experienced a blood glucose (bg) level of 20 mg/dl; cause was unknown.Reportedly, the customer¿s head was hit and feet were scrapped due to fainting.Customer required assistance suspending insulin delivery.Customer consumed glucose tablets to address low bg.Multiple attempts were made by tandem technical support to follow up with the customer; however, customer did not respond.
