Patient allegedly received an implant on (b)(6) 2014 via the right femoral vein due to high risk of recurrent deep vein thrombosis (dvt) and pulmonary embolism (pe).Patient is alleging vena cava perforation.The patient further alleges dizziness and headaches.Report from ct (computed tomography): "ivc filter is present below the renal veins.4 struts appear to perforate the wall the ivc without any visible penetration surrounding organs nor any surrounding fluid collections.".
